Today's Nail of the Day is another holo polish from Layla:
Base coat - Dance Legend Aquagenetic
Polish - Layla 'Emerald Divine' (two coats)
Top coat - none
Emerald green is a green linear hologram polish which dries to a slightly matte finish. Using an aqua base coat is essential with these polishes as it can be a nightmare to apply otherwise. Totally worth it though as the finished effecf is gorgeous!
You can use a topcoat to make it glossy and help stop it wearing off, but I find top coats (even HK girl) can dull the linear holo effect with some polishes.
I bought my Laylas from Amazon amd they cost between £5-£6.
